Describe the operation and the affected area
Give the business type, operating hours and the precise location of sightings. Food storage, a reception area and a shared waste enclosure may require different access arrangements. Mention deliveries or equipment that affect the assessment without assuming the whole building belongs to one occupier.
Coordinate the people who can act on findings
Identify a contact for access, maintenance and preparation. Ask how findings and recommendations will be recorded, and who receives them. If a landlord controls building repairs or a shared area, include that person in the arrangements before work is scheduled.
Ask for documentation suited to the request
Tell us if you need a particular report, recurring-service proposal or record for your internal procedures. Availability of specific documents must be confirmed; pest service is not a promise of regulatory approval or a passed inspection. Keep monitoring, repairs and follow-up responsibilities clear in the written scope.
Can work be arranged outside our busiest hours?
Share the operating schedule and access restrictions when enquiring. Appointment options, preparation and any interruption must be agreed directly.
