What have you noticed?
- Small flies recurring in a particular room
- Activity near bins, drains or stored food
- Larger flies gathering at windows
These observations help begin an assessment; they do not confirm a diagnosis.
Different flies raise different questions
A small insect near a sink may not have the same source as a larger fly at a window. Explain appearance, location and whether the activity persists. Include photographs already available and any recent changes in waste storage, deliveries or equipment use.
Arrange access to the relevant source
Ask which accessible drains, storage areas or waste arrangements should be assessed. Mention food handling and operating hours at a business so preparation can be agreed. A visible insect treatment does not automatically address a hidden source or include plumbing work.
Before you arrange the visit
Give the full address, the affected rooms or structures and the person who can provide access. Confirm the work included, preparation, pricing and any later checks. Let us know if specialist access or a particular document is required.
Can the visit be planned around opening hours?
Provide your operating schedule and access contact. Available appointment options and any disruption need to be agreed directly.
